In the airport “Lviv” of Lviv border guards detachment together with employees of SBU yesterday detained a citizen of Tajikistan, who arrived on a flight from Istanbul, who used someone else’s passport and may be involved in terrorism.
According to the press service, when crossing the state border at border control, the alien has provided the passport of the citizen of Kyrgyzstan. However, during the inspection and conversations with the border guards the person is not able to clearly inform the constituent data of the document and the purpose of arrival to Ukraine. It subsequently emerged that presented for control the passport does not belong to him, and he had another document and is actually a citizen of Tajikistan. Also according to the information exposed the offender may be involved in the activities of terrorist organisations.
This fact was informed and Netpolicy sent for inclusion in ERDR on signs of the criminal offense provided St. 358 criminal code of Ukraine (forgery of documents, seals, stamps and forms, their sale, use of forged documents).
In addition, in respect of 34-year-old citizen of Tajikistan the decision to ban him entry to Ukraine.
