Kyiv city state administration jointly with the state foods and consumer service initiated the introduction of a temporary ban on the sale of perishables at the food fair, said the first Deputy head of Kyiv city state administration Gennady FPGA.
According to the chief state Gospodarevskaya in Kiev Oleg Ruban, apply to perishable products with low shelf life, which should be kept at a temperature of 4-8 degrees.
“It’s meat, milk, fish, cheese, culinary products. All other products, vegetables, fruits can be stored at a temperature of from 10 to 20 degrees. So now, given the hot period, there is a proposal to suspend the sale of perishable food products,” – said Oleg Ruban.
