At the Kiev fairs found serious violations

Experts have discovered a lot of violations.

The state foods and consumer service Kiev announced disappointing results of inspections at the Kiev food fairs that take place every week in the capital.

“November 1-4, specialists of the main Directorate of Gospodarevskaya spent collecting information on observance of requirements of legislation in the sphere of safety and quality of food, sanitary and Metrology legislation in the course of fairs on the territory of Kiev. Discovered the following violations. Consists of plant products, chicken, meat, sausages and dairy products without veterinary-sanitary examination. Fish products, Turkey by-products sold without accompanying documents, and stuffing, and homemade sausage with expired implementation”, – reported in the service and add that the recorded facts of absence of medical books from distributors.

There are disorders that allow dishonest businesses to defraud customers. For example, the use of scales, types which are not entered in the register of approved types of measuring instruments. Or, for example, the use at fairs scales with the so-called “secret buttons” that help to falsify the weighing results.
