Alvin small village in the Federal state of Brandenburg in Germany, was sold at auction for just 140 euros.
On the territory of the settlement 100 kilometers from the capital of NGF there are a few residential houses, garages and warehouses.
Interestingly, Alvin occupying a total area of 16 thousand square meters, was sold, in fact, with a population of 15 people, after the previous owner couldn’t pay the rent.
The buyer, who wished to remain anonymous, bought the village, the initial cost of which amounted to 125 thousand euros, on the phone. He pledged to take the expenses and care of its content.
