ASUS announced the postponement of the release of their new flagship smartphone from the ZenFone at a much later date. Now to meet with him will only in mid-summer, while it was originally planned to release it in April.
ASUS has taken such an unpopular decision is not just due to the undulation currency exchange rates worldwide and the resulting shortage of components, including memory modules and touch screens. Therefore, to produce a minimum batch of the new ZenFone, it was decided simply to postpone its release. And that, in fact, may prove to be a miscalculation: the company LG and Samsung will show its top-end mobile phones already in the spring, and legendary Nokia, according to rumors, will not be on the side of fun and show the world a new 3310 (no kidding).
ASUS, of course, will continue to buy components, even a little for the future, but some of them will be used in laptops and other devices that bring the company higher profits in comparison with smartphones. This year ASUS plans to launch ZenFone fourth generation, which is probably all of the above applies to him, not about a new modification of last year’s ZenFone 3, which, incidentally, showed his very good side.
