The state enterprise Ukrspirt said that the officer, who was attacked the evening of March 29 in Kiev – is the Deputy Director of the state enterprise Ukrspirt and the head of the Commission on the elimination of the State concern of alcohol and alcoholic beverage industry (Ukrspirt concern) Ilchishin Igor.
In a statement on the website of the Data also notes that all questions regarding the motive of the attackers, the possible customers, as well as the reasons for the attack are in the competence of law enforcement agencies.
Earlier, the police reported that on 29 March night in the Dneprovsky district of Kiev, two unidentified men beat bits and shot several times with rubber bullets in Deputy Director of the state enterprise.
According to the report, 51-year-old officer with 26-year-old son in the car drove into the yard and got out of the car. Of the BMW, which was parked nearby, ran by two men in balaclavas and started beating him with bats. The attackers threw the victim to the ground, and one of the attackers fired several shots. They have also damaged the Volkswagen the victim and fled.
The victim was taken to hospital with gunshot wounds to the back and multiple bruises of the body, threatening his life.
On this fact openly criminal proceedings under part 4 of article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Investigators are considering several versions of the crime, most of which – professional activities of the victim.
