Assad’s army has freed more than half of Eastern Aleppo

Армия Асада освободила больше половины восточного АлеппоSyrian government forces took control of the city of Aleppo, Tariq al-Bab.

Syrian government forces together with their allies seized the district of Tariq al-Bab and in Aleppo, which was at the mercy of terrorists.

According to Syrian monitoring centre for human rights, the seizure of the area means control 60% of territory of the Eastern part of Aleppo, which was captured by rebels in 2012.

Assad’s troops regained control of the road, which runs from controlled areas of the city to the airport of Aleppo.

As you know, over 300 civilians were killed in the Eastern part of the city after Assad troops again began to advance on the rebels to oust them from the city.
