Ukrainian General refused to take responsibility for the downed aircraft of the Russian Federation.
In early March 2014, Russian aircraft invaded the Crimea, which gave the command to shoot down, but that did not happen, and allowed the invaders to land troops on the Peninsula. About it told the Ukrainian truth chief of the General staff Victor Muzhenko.
