While about a new sci-Fi horror “TAU” (TAU) is difficult to say anything definite, but it is based on a great idea, and potentially it could become a new word in the genre. The focus of filmmaker Federico D’alessandro will be an AI under the code abbreviation of TAU, which, of course, want to kill all living things within reach. However, don’t rush to write it into a clone of Skynet – the original concept is somewhat different and is closer to the horror to such films as “the Cube”. But with your issues.
Julia (Mike Monroe), a street smart crook that got caught psycho-masochist Alex (ed Skrein), a brilliant technician and developer of artificial intelligence TAU, control mechanisms for smart homes. Alex is going to expose the mind and body Julie the mad experiment – she needs to get out of the maze of automated rooms and outwit his brainchild. TAU does a lot under his leadership, the battalion of drones and a projection wall on which it can simulate any environment, from green meadows to the depths of space. The potential of artificial intelligence is limited only by the space where it exists and which controls, but TAU can always learn more from their captives. The poor girl has become the sixth in this list… but will you?
At the moment the film is completely filmed and is in the process of post production, and not so long ago, the network posted one of the frames of the future picture. Frame looks promising, so fingers crossed and let’s wait for the trailer and release.
