Odious people’s Deputy Andriy Artemenko, who became better known after the proposed occupied Crimea “to rent out”, surprised the next loud statement.
During a press conference in the Verkhovna Rada on Monday, he said that the Crimean Peninsula is quite on the lawful bases can belong to US.

In 1920, Russia received a loan in the amount of $ 50 million from the US government. They “laid” Crimea as the territory, which would have to be transferred to the United States if the loan is not repaid or will not be paid interest, – said Andrey Artemenko.
According to him, in 1954, was the deadline for repayment of Russian loan, and that’s when HRSR decided to transfer Crimea to the Ukrainian SSR.
“I’m convinced that’s why Crimea was transferred to Ukrainian SSR in order to keep this territory for the Soviet Union. I am convinced that the Crimea was transferred as an Autonomous Republic within the Ukrainian SSR, not to pay debts that existed officially from the USSR”, – said the Deputy.
He added that the US has even had a project that was called “new California” and was planning to implement it on the territory of Crimea.
According to the MP, it is understandable why this question neither in Ukraine nor in the world no one remembered, because this issue is not solved is the case that de jure confirm the identity of this territory (the Crimea) is not the Russian Federation, and the United States.
