In Odessa the police and immigration services arrested the son of one of the most influential in Ukraine “thieves in law”. Kucherawy known as “antique” or “Grandfather”.

Earlier in the Odessa management of the Department of homeland security, the national police received information about a 32-year-old native of Georgia. Man illegally was in the territory of Ukraine. A native of Sukhumi is the son of the so-called “looking for Ukraine”, said the police.
The “thief in law”, which is under the control of contraband flows, pickpockets and “Snatchers”, was expelled from Ukraine in 2005. At this time the interests of the father in the criminal world and business of the Odessa region was represented by his son, he repeatedly participating in the Commission of crimes. At the end of 2016 “authority” returned to Ukraine, but left behind a son the same “authority,” police said.
In early June, 2017 migration service has received a letter of response from the interior Ministry of Georgia that the 32-year-old man is their citizen and hold a relevant passport. But Ukrainian passport and the passport used by the son of a “thief in law” was received illegally. Therefore the migration service of these documents was annulled.
The alien itself was taken by operatives in the management of migration service for the compilation of documents on forced expulsion and the obligation to leave the territory of Ukraine until the end of June 2017. A copy was handed to the defendant personally.
“Despite the fact that the person has not complied with the requirements established by the legislation, the migration service was filed with the petition in court about his forced expulsion. However, at the hearing, the alien, along with his defense did not wait for a court decision and tried to escape. His way became blocked by field investigators of the Odessa Department of internal security the National police of Ukraine and employees of the migration service”, – stated in the message.
At the scene the defendant was drawn up and applied administrative arrest for three days with the subsequent delivery to the serving of arrest in the receiver for foreigners, which is located in Chernihiv.
“The actions of law enforcement officers tried to prevent the lawyers of the detainee. They blocked the path of the car, where he was involved in, and rushed with his fists on the police and migration service.
The police opened criminal proceedings on the fact of violence against a law enforcement officer.
