The police arrested a young man for drawing obscene inscription on the Parliament building.
About it the adviser to the interior Minister Zoryan Shkiryak wrote on his page in Facebook.
According Shkiryak, the staff of the regiment of special police No. 1 detained the 25-summer inhabitant of the Chernigov region, which is provocative and hooliganism marker black made obscene inscription of anti-state content on the window of the building of the Verkhovna Rada.
Police arrested him at the scene of offence.
