The company “Sheremetyevo holding” of Arkady Rotenberg, Alexander Ponomarenko and Alexander Skorobogatko, controlling 66,1% Sheremetyevo international airport, has filed an application to purchase more of 30.46% of the Federal property management Agency. This was reported by the newspaper Vedomosti, citing two Federal officials.
Thus, the company decided to use the option: “Sheremetyevo” holding shareholders ‘ agreement has the right to call option to purchase the government’s stake, and the Federal property management Agency — a put option to sell its stake to private shareholders. The amount of future transactions is not disclosed.
Representatives of Sheremetyevo and property management Agency declined to comment.
