Arabic designer married the chassis of a heavy truck with rapid sports car body.
The resulting symbiosis of mixed feelings. The implementation of the wishes of Sheikh Hamad bin Hamdan al Nahyan, were made by independent designer Hussein Albagli.
As a donor were used two cars – four-wheel drive pickup Ram 2015 model year, with a 6.4-liter eight-cylinder engine, and the coupe Ford Mustang of the last generation. Judging by the sketch, given on the splash screen, initially envisaged the brutal off-road option, with “toothy” tires and closed body. But then the glamorous tastes of the client still prevailed. Case “Mustang” was cut into pieces, lost the roof and got the extended wheel arches.
The overall design of the machine is like a place of automotive products of the 1920s, with the outer foot pegs, free-hanging side with spare wheels and canonical vitelloni white sidewall tires.
All the work lasted 7 months. Mega-Mustang made in a single copy for a single client, and more will no longer be produced.
