Members of the Armed forces of Ukraine has fulfilled the military element of the crossing of heavy equipment (tanks) across the river. The corresponding video published on the YouTube channel Military TV of Ukraine.
It is noted that the military was no easy task to smuggle a tank unit through a water barrier in unfamiliar terrain.
“Such a task demanded professionalism from soldiers of all units who were involved in the training. Military engineers had to select a site for the construction of the crossing, quickly launching boats, pontoon section and to make steam. Air defense units provide security from the air terminal, and the specialists of NBC-protection covered the crossing of the fumes. Ready was a rescue unit divers. Of course, sharp and every movement of tank crews,” – said in the message.
After the tanks crossed the river, they waited for the steep climb up the sandy on unequipped shore.
