This is stated in the judgment of 9 August.
The Supreme Court of Ukraine opened proceedings on the suit on the ban of social networks according to the decree of the President Petro Poroshenko. It is reported by the Country, referring to the court’s order of August 9, 2017, placed in the registry of judgments.
It is noted that in the case of two plaintiff – Vadim Gladchuk and public independent Advocacy.
“Open the proceedings on the merits PERSON_1 and public organizations Autonomous Advocacy to the President of Ukraine Poroshenko P. A. on the recognition of partially illegal and cancellation of the decree for the revision of the Supreme Court of Ukraine the decision of the Supreme administrative court of Ukraine of 29 June 2017”, – the document says.
The Supreme court also decided to request the case from the Supreme administrative court of Ukraine. And a copy of its decision sent to KUAT and the claimants.
