Applicants will no longer take EIT in the Russian language

EIT will take place may 22 – July 14.

The Ministry of education and science has defined the list of subjects, which in 2018 will be subject to external independent evaluation (EIE) of school graduates.

The corresponding order was signed by the Minister of education Lilia Grinevich.

In the list of items, which in 2018 will be held EIT included 11 subjects, among which are: tests on the Ukrainian language and literature, history of Ukraine, mathematics, biology, geography, physics, chemistry, and four foreign languages (English, Spanish, German and French).

Test on the Russian language that high school graduates could pass since 2011, the list of test items is missing.

The external independent testing of 2018 will take place may 22 – July 14, reports the press service of the Ministry of education.

It is noted that each applicant will be eligible to take the tests a maximum of four academic subjects. The results of testing in three subjects graduate schools will be counted as the results of the state final examination, write “Ukrainian news”.

As reported, except for high school graduates in 2018 external testing in Ukrainian language and literature will be held students of vocational, higher educational institutions, which in 2018 will receive a full secondary education. This participants test results will count as grades for their high school diploma.

Also in 2018 in the examinations in foreign languages for the first time will tests two difficulty levels: B1 and B2, and they will include the part of the “Understanding of speech by ear”: listening to sound clips, and tasks to them. Test level B2 will take graduates who want to transfer the result of the test as an assessment for gottestal and studied the language at the profile level.
