Human memory can be the same as the drive in the computer
In April, the Apple engineer and one of the founders of Siri, Tom Gruber made a presentation for TED.
His speech was devoted to a future in which computers and augmented reality can improve the capabilities of the human brain.
We know that currently Apple is actively developing augmented reality.
In his 10-minute report, Gruber described the product or service that makes the human memory is the same as the drive in the computer.
In other words, in his understanding, our memory can store absolutely everything to the point that you will not deliberately erased.
“Imagine that you can remember every person ever met, the pronunciation of their names, details about their families, their favorite sports and all your last conversation with them. From the tiniest tips will help you to retrieve anything you have ever seen or heard before. Imagine the impact this will have on the formation of new connections and new ideas,” he said.
Tom Gruber sees artificial intelligence improve human memory, as the logical development of modern voice assistants, such as Siri.

Today, Tom continues to work at Apple and he can’t say when and in what form will be implemented this idea, but he believes that it will be implemented.
