The American company Apple began testing the technology 5G (millimeter wave), which should increase the capacity of cellular communication on the iPhone.
It is expected that the testing process will not take more than a year. The publication notes that 5G technology should be the basis of the wireless Internet next generation.
The 5G technology is able to reduce latency and increase bandwidth of data transmission due to high frequency waves, as well as the reduced length.
It is also anticipated that millimeter wave will allow to reduce the size of antennas that gadgets.
