The U.S. company Apple has filed in Ukraine trademark Premium Reseller.
This is stated in the message of the Ukrpatent.
Certificate for the trademark allows Apple to provide services of shops display and retail sale of computers, software and consumer electronics. Brand Premium Reseller also extends to the services of online shops.
The trademark also extends to designing websites, music, photos and video products and consumer electronics, as well as support and maintenance.
In total Apple has registered the brand Premium Reseller on four classes of goods and services: 35, 37, 41, 42.
Now the status of Apple Premium Reseller in Ukraine have stores of iStudio and iSmart.
