During the presentation of the unmanned tractor and Semi sports car Roadster new generation, the manufacturer introduced a sketch of another model. That lineup will be replenished with Tesla electric pickup truck, it became known this spring.
Then, CEO Elon Musk said that the novelty will appear in the next two years. In the image released by Tesla, the electric submerged pickup truck standard pickup truck – so the manufacturer wanted to show the machine dimensions. Apparently, under the “pickup truck” means a smaller version of the Semi truck.
Recall that a Semi is a tractor with four electric motors and a function of Autonomous driving. The acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in the truck for 20 seconds, making it among the fastest vehicles of this type. A single charge of the batteries is Semi enough to cover a distance of 804 kilometers.
