An unusual name will wear life of the future citizen of the Russian Federation.
In the Sverdlovsk region parents called their baby the Crimea. This was announced by Deputy head of the registry office in the region of Larisa Nikonova.
“Citizens now have names Lurie, Tess, Berendey, there was a second Lucifer in the field of people change their names to Sochi, Taylor, Pasman, Joker. During these six months, their names changed 1,043 thousand people,” she said.
Nikonov noted that there is a tendency to give children short names.
“Girls are called ava, Tai, Leah, Loei, Nika, Sophie. It became popular to give such names as the children of famous media personalities: MIA — the name of the daughter [singer] Polina Gagarina, Thea — the so-called daughter [presenter] Ksenia Borodina. Boys — Alex, Dan, Kim, Laurel, Tim, Ian”, — quotes its words.
