The ruling of the Pechersk district court remained unchanged.
The Kyiv court of appeals dismissed the appeal of the defense of the people’s Deputy from the Opposition bloc Mikhail Dobkin on the decision of the court of first instance about the seizure of his property.
As the press service of the court of Appeal today has considered the complaint of the defence of Mikhail Dobkin on the decision of Pechersky district court of Kiev of July 19, 2017, which granted the motion of the senior investigator of the Main investigation Department of the GPU on the seizure of movable and immovable property Dobkin, belonging to him by right of ownership.
“By results of appeal consideration by the panel of judges on the court of criminal Appeal court of Kyiv decided that the decision of the investigative judge of the Pechersk district court of Kyiv from July 19, 2017 – to leave without changes”, – stated in the message.
Thus, the court decided to leave without satisfaction the appeal of the party of protection filed in favor of Dobkin.
