Median cost per square meter in new buildings in the suburbs of Kiev amounted to 11 900 UAH per square meter.
Traditionally, the farther from the capital is situated the new building, the cheaper it is per square meter. So, in remote to 5 km from Kiev buildings cost per square meter in March 2017 amounted to an average of 12 700 UAH, in construction at a distance of 5 – 10 km from the capital LCD square meter cost an average of 12 000 UAH, and in new buildings, located at a distance of 10 – 20 km from Kiev, a square meter cost 11 UAH 100.
