The national Bank received the documents from the second buyer of Ukrainian “daughter” of Sberbank of Russia for the transaction, a citizen of Britain and Russia Grigory Guselnikova (one of the owners of Norvik Banka – ed.).
Previously, the regulator had received the documents for the sale of the savings Bank from said Gutseriev, the son of the owner of Rusneft’. He intends to 77.5 percent stake in the Bank.
“NBU on 14 April received from the investor a package of documents for approval of acquisition of direct sole of the participation of Sberbank in the amount of 22.5% in the Charter capital of the financial institution,” – said in the national Bank.
The NBU said that according to documents filed, the investor is a citizen of the UK and Russia, Grigory Guselnikov.
