Two weeks ago, comrade Pavlov laid out a very original art, showing a series of mutations through which had to pass the hero of the movie “the Fly” (The Fly, 1986). In the film by David Cronenberg, recall the character of Jeff Goldblum slowly transformed from a human into a huge disgusting insect. Not as in “the metamorphosis” Kafka, where the hero just one day woke up insects, and purely kronenbergs, with an emphasis on body horror.
Cronenberg’s film was a remake of the strip in 1958, but this year it became known that Justin Dillard will remove the re-remake. This was announced in the early spring, but since then fans have shown nothing, even the friggin concept art. Not surprisingly, the fans started to create something similar yourself. Us joy, because now showed up another selection of art on the theme of terrifying transformations!
Canadian artist Benjamin Parker (Benjamin Parker) presented his vision of the mutations in a series of six images, with a gradual transition from man of science to man flies:
