For consideration in the state Duma a bill that proposes to put anonymous use of instant messengers in Russia outside the law. The authors of this document were made by members of parties United Russia, Fair Russia and the Communist party, and then we will tell you who to send “well wishes”.

If the bill has already been submitted for consideration to the state Duma, is passed, it will enter into force on 1 January 2018.
