The Russian leader called for strengthening economic cooperation with European countries and establishment of direct ties between the Eurasian economic Union and the EU, he said, could “contribute to building trust on all space of Eurasia”.
Previously, Gentiloni said that Italy would not violate the unity of the European Union, in particular on the question of extending sanctions against Russia.
