Former defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov was replaced by former defendant in the case of embezzlement in “Oboronservis”, his former subordinate Evgenia Vasilyeva for the post of Secretary of TSZH of the house in the Dairy lane in Central Moscow. This is evidenced by the minutes of the General meeting of owners of apartment buildings, says the Agency urban news “Moscow”. The document is available in the editorial office.
According to him, the General meeting was attended by only Vasilyeva and Serdyukov. The latter on the basis of powers of attorney representing the interests of the other two owners — Natalia Okleiny and Galina Pustovoy. The remaining three owners (only needs to be seven), according to the documents, the meeting was not present.
Following the event, the Chairman of the meeting was elected Serdyukov, he was also charged with the functions of the Secretary of the meeting and the counting Commission. In addition, present at the meeting, Serdyukov and Vasilyeva agreed to approve the cost of replacement of Electromechanical drives and automation entrance gates to the yard for the sum of 113 thousand 490 roubles. To conclude a contract for these works is planned with LLC “SV Group”. The owners also agreed to hold “emergency work on the replacement of fluorescent lamps to led in the underground Parking lot and technical premises.” Lamps are to be purchased from OOO “ProLab” and spend it on 43 thousand roubles.
Vasilyeva, as reported by “Moscow”, was previously appointed Secretary of the General meeting TSZH of the house in the Dairy lane, where she lives in a 13-room apartment and which was served earlier house arrest.
Anatoly Serdyukov left the defense Ministry after uncovering a massive scheme of theft of state property in the Ministry. As a result, in 2012, was instituted so-called case of “Oboronservis”, the key defendant was a former head of Department of property relations of the Russian defense Ministry Evgenia Vasilyeva, which received 5 years in prison for stealing more than 800 million rubles. In August 2016, the court released her on parole.
