On 21 February in Moscow hosted the opening of a tattoo parlor and barbershop “13”, founded the label Black Star. The leader of the brand, the rapper Timati personally greeted the guests and even got a tattoo of the master cabin.
At the opening everyone could see the professionalism of the masters, providing the following services: haircuts, styling, beard trim and applying tattoo.
