Spanish archaeologists opened an Egyptian tomb, which was built in the XIX century BC.
As reported by Ahram Online, the tomb in the necropolis of qubbet El-Hawa belongs to the brother of the famous ruler of the region of elephantine Sarenput II.
It has never been plundered, so it is well preserved interior decoration and items of funeral ritual, the researchers say.
