Ukraine should recognize the Donbass occupied territory.
This was stated by the American political scientist, former special adviser to the U.S. state Department for national issues of the Soviet Union and the Baltic States Paul Goble.
“Donbass is occupied territory. Moscow controls it. Recognition of this is appropriate. I think that Kiev has to use this term,” said Goble.
