The guy confused the mark with the tattoo.
Chris Mendiola from Texas, USA, found on the body of your dog tattoo and as a sign of solidarity made one for myself. It turned out that it was the mark of the vet.
Mendiola took a dog named bear from a shelter. He thought that the tattoo in the groin dog did the past owners. The Texan decided that it’s cruel and a sign of love for animals made for myself.
About this he wrote on his page in Facebook.
It turned out that it is stigma that vets put stray dogs after castration.
After friends Chris explained to him the meaning of the tattoos, he deleted the post. He told Gizmodo that did the tattoo not for yourself or friends, and for my best friend, the dog Bira.
He also urged to love their Pets and not to stop their tails and ears.
