Also introduced liability for persons who run a light or ultra-light aircraft or small watercraft. Them for violation of safety rules of movement and operation, if the result of the come consequences in the form of heavy harm to human health or damage to more than 1 million rubles, is threatened by imprisonment for up to 2 years.
