Significant amount fined two pharmaceutical companies.
The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has fined the Ukrainian “daughter” of the French pharmaceutical company “Sanofi-Aventis Ukraine” on more than 69,547 million hryvnias for violation of the antitrust laws. About it reports a press-service AMKU.
Also fined two companies-the pharmaceutical market: LLC “BaDM” to more than 28,788 million and LLC “Optima-Pharm, LTD” on more 40,759 million hryvnia for violation of legislation on protection of economic competition.
The Committee accuses these three companies in anticompetitive concerted actions.
