“Amber case” Rosenblat: the court ruled

The people’s Deputy intends to appeal against the ruling.

MP Boryslav Rozenblat will wear an electronic bracelet until December 18. This decision was made by the judge of Solomensky district court of Kiev Alexander bobrivnyk.

In addition, Rosenblatt is prohibited without the permission of the investigators and the court to leave Kiev and Zhitomir, to communicate with some witnesses and suspects. In this case he was obliged to surrender all passports.

“The decision may be appealed within 5 days”, — said Bobrovnik.

Rosenblatt said that he will appeal the decision.

“Because the judge gave such an opportunity, my lawyers will submit such a complaint,” he said.

In addition, he promised to apply to the state office of public Prosecutor on actions of NABOO due to the fact that it was removed from the plane and searched.

Recall, the decoy “amber case” Boryslav Rozenblat tried to take off from Ukraine, but was arrested by the NAB. During a search at the airport “Zhulyany” the people’s Deputy had seized 13 pieces of jewelry.
