The novelty debuted at the Geneva motor show.
The company Alpina introduced a sedan and station wagon B5 Bi-Turbo the next generation. Both are built on the basis of the last “five” BMW.

B5 Bi-Turbo equipped with a 4.4-liter V8 petrol engine with two turbines. The engine got a redesigned intake system, new intercoolers and cooling system, another issue as well as a couple of special twin-scroll turbines installed in the collapse of the cylinder.
The output of the motor B5 Bi-Turbo makes 608 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. The engine is combined with vosmidiapazonnoy automatic transmission. And the sedan and station wagon equipped with all-wheel drive system xDrive.
Sedan Alpina B5 Bi-Turbo new generation accelerates from zero to hundred kilometers per hour in 3.5 seconds, and universal — in 3.6 seconds. The first maximum speed is 330 kilometers per hour, the second at 325 mph.
Alpina has also improved the suspension of the five. The model is equipped with active dampers and lowering springs greater rigidity.
Prices for the sedan Alpina B5 Bi-Turbo new generation starts, with 94 of 118 thousand euros, and universal — 96 891 thousand euros.
