The Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine appealed to court with request to grant permission to conduct the correspondence of pre-trial investigation against officials of Russia-occupied Crimea, in particular the self-proclaimed head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov and the former Prosecutor Natalia Polonskaya, reports the press service of the GPU.
“… The General Prosecutor’s office appealed to the Pechersk district court of Kiev on granting permission for the holding of a special (part – time- ed.) the pre-trial investigation against Vladimir Konstantinov, Sergei Aksenov, N. Poklonski, S. Abasova, V. Melnichenko, S. Yadav, R. Temirgaliev, P. Winters, A. Chaly and Yury application”, – stated in the message.
These persons are charged with forming a criminal organization “with the purpose of forcefully overthrowing constitutional order and changing the borders of Ukraine, contrary to the established order, and also participated in it.”
