SCM group Rinat Akhmetov issued a formal statement that its businesses in the uncontrolled territory of Donbass will continue to work exclusively in the framework of the Ukrainian legislation and the “no pressure will force to change the jurisdiction of the assets.”
“Despite the difficult political situation in the country and military action, all assets of the SCM group in full deduct fees and taxes to the Ukrainian budget”, – said in a statement.
SCM also said that since the beginning of the conflict in the Donbas paid to the state budget more than 100 billion hryvnias of taxes, 10% of which provided contributions of enterprises working in the “LDNR”.
“We believe private property of the sovereign, and the requirement to re-register their enterprises and pay taxes to the self-proclaimed DNR and LC – unacceptable”, – concluded in the SCM.
