At the moment there are about 53 of the victims.
At least 53 people were killed in the air strikes in the rebel-controlled city Ataribe, located in the North Syrian province of Aleppo.
Pictures and videos spread in social networks, seen large-scale destruction. The wreckage scattered in the streets, and people panicked to save the wounded.
Eyewitnesses report that was done three separate air strikes. It is not clear who carried out the attack – the government forces of Bashar al-Assad or his allies the Russians.
Ahmed Primo, the journalist of the news website Zaman Al Wasl, which supports the Syrian opposition, claims that the rocket released three Russian combat aircraft. According to him, they came on the market with more than a hundred shops and destroyed it completely.
City Ataribe is located in the heart of the province of Aleppo, which is part of a zone of de-escalation, established earlier this year by Russia, Iran and Turkey. The area mainly contains opposition forces and jihadist group, formerly al-Qaeda.
Despite the ceasefire, there are continued clashes.
In Ataribe live ten thousand Syrians who have been displaced in the fighting in Syria.
