The SBU is investigating the word Balytsky, who threatened “to leave their territories.”
The statement of the Deputy from the Opposition bloc, Yevhen Balytsky about the possibility to leave Ukraine together with its majority district in Melitopol (Zaporizhia region) are investigated by the security Service of Ukraine. As the press service of the Prosecutor Zaporozhye region, information included in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations on signs of the criminal offense under part 2 article 110 of the criminal code of Ukraine (infringement of territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine committed by a representative of the authorities).
The investigation is entrusted to investigative Department of Management of security Service of Ukraine in Zaporozhye region.
