Nigeria and Morocco agreed to build a gas pipeline that will connect the two countries and signed the contract.
The agreement was signed during the visit of king of Morocco Mohammed in the Nigerian capital Abuja. According to the representative of Nigeria Jeffrey Onyema, the project pipeline will be developed with the participation of all stakeholders.
“This agreement both countries agreed to take certain measures for the construction of inter-regional pipeline that will connect gas reserves of Nigeria with West African countries and Morocco,” said Onyema.
Earlier it was reported that Slovakia and Bulgaria also agreed to build a pipeline.
