The accident occurred on the road Uman – Bershad, near the village of tomashivka Uman district, the press service of the police in Cherkasy region.
According to preliminary data law enforcement authorities, 27-year-old driver of “GAZ 5312”, the inhabitant of Vinnytsia region, during departure from the minor road has not given advantage in movement the car the Audi 80, under control of 32-year-old resident of the city of Uman, causing the cars collided.
“As a result of accident injuries of varying severity were got by the driver and five passengers of the car Audi 80, including two children and 2017 born in 2006. The injured admitted to the hospital,” police said.
On this fact the criminal proceedings as regards 3 articles 286 (violation of traffic safety) the Criminal code of Ukraine.
