Accidents in Kharkiv: the defendant cried in the courtroom

The defendant supports a mother and two women.

20-year-old girl from the town of Alyona Zaitseva, who is suspected of committing a fatal crash on the street Sumy, cried in court.

According to the journalist, the girl was taken to a room and was placed in a cell. Those present began to ask Zaitseva questions about whether it recognizes itself guilty and whether she participated in races on the city centre. The suspect refused to answer questions and cried.

Today is mother Zaitseva, as well as two women from the “support group”. Exactly at 14:00 started the court session on election of a measure of restraint to the driver of the Lexus. In the hall there is a large number of journalists.

We will remind, earlier the Prosecutor’s office brought Zaitseva suspicion under article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine (“violation of traffic rules”). According to investigators, the girl was the cause of the accident, which resulted in Sumy on Wednesday five people were killed and six were injured.
