On the 14th km of the highway “Zhitomir-Mogilev-Podolsky” the accident occurred. As a result, one person was killed. Two more were injured.

According to preliminary information, the collision occurred due to the fact that 40-year-old driver of the car “slavut’s ZAZ”, leaving from the minor road did not give way to “Skoda Super B”, driven by 45-year-old resident of Vinnytsia.
The collision with 66-year-old Zaza passenger from traumatized died on a scene. The driver and another passenger with injuries of varying severity were hospitalized.
Circumstances of incident are investigated in the framework of criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 286 (violation of traffic safety or transport operation by the persons operating vehicles) the Criminal code of Ukraine.
