According to the investigation Department, the driver of “VAZ 21110” not lost control and drove into the oncoming lane, collided with a car “Mercedes Vito”,” – inform the police.

The passenger of the car, 55-year-old wife of the driver suffered injuries incompatible with life, the 60-year-old driver in a serious condition hospitalized in hospital.
Investigators appointed a number of examinations to establish the causes of departure on an oncoming lane. In addition, it turns out, were drivers in an alcohol intoxication.
On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 3 St. 286 criminal code of Ukraine (violation of rules of traffic safety or transport operation by persons which caused death of several persons).
The culprit faces up to ten years in prison with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years.
