64-year-old American Veronica Greene Posey weighing more than 147 kg sat on his 9-year-old cousin to punish her for bad behavior. The result of derrick Lindsay died.
The girl’s mother, grace Smith reported that he called his niece Posey to help her with her daughter, who was misbehaving. She told investigators that Posey hit the girl with a ruler and a metal pipe before he decided to “punish” the child in this way.

Posey was charged with the murder of a child. The girl’s parents James and grace Smith were arrested, they are charged with oversight of the child. Posey was released on Monday, October 16, secured in the size in 125 thousand dollars. The Smiths remained in prison.
