A third of Russians are prepared to pay cut

A third of respondents suggest that by the end of 2020 their salary decrease, transfers RBC with reference to the results of the survey service “Work.ru”.

On the question of how it can change their wages, 34% of respondents suggested that it will be reduced. 20% of respondents expect to increase wages, 46% predict that wages will not change.

In addition, this year 70% of respondents do not expect rewards, but 30% of Russians are confident that will be awarded at the end of the year.

 

The survey was conducted in July 2020 in all regions of the country.
