The deadly traffic accident occurred yesterday, November 20, at about 19:00 on the highway Kyiv-Chernihiv in Kozeletska area. About it reported in sector of communications of the regional police.
The police arrived on the scene, established that the foreign car “Volkswagen Cuddy” I moved from Kiev, and on a partially lit stretch of road did hit a local resident with two young children. All three pedestrians died. According to preliminary data, the driver was sober.

“In the place of accident investigators and experts. Upon the death of people openly criminal proceedings under part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (violation of rules of traffic safety or transport operation by the persons operating vehicles),” said the police.
