A citizen of Ukraine, 19-year-old Paul Mushroom, arrested in Krasnodar on October 17, he is charged under article 205.1 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (assistance of terrorist activity).
It is reported TASS with reference to the decision of October district court of Krasnodar.
“The measure of restraint – arrest for two months. The decision was delivered on 17 August,” – said in court.
Earlier the lawyer of the Fungus Andrei Sabinin reported that his Fungus contain in Krasnodar SIZO-5 of the Federal service of execution of punishments. 8 September in the Krasnodar remand prison stated that Ukrainian Mushroom there.

The Prosecutor’s office of Chernihiv region after the disappearance of the Fungus have opened a criminal case under article “murder”. The boy’s father went to Belarus to find him. According to him, the driver of the bus, which drove his son, confirmed that he went to the bus station in Gomel. The local police my father was told that Paul the Fungus is in the wanted list under the article “Terrorist act”, and the initiator of the investigation is the management of FSB of Russia across Krasnodar Krai in Sochi.
Relatives believe that Paul the Fungus could get into the field of view of Russian law enforcement because of his views. According to the father, his son was expressed in social networks on political issues, but were not related to the armed forces of Ukraine and volunteer battalions and went to Donbas.
Relatives require to provide missing access to medical care because he had problems with blood circulation because of portal hypertension syndrome.
